Product Roadmap Template (Free Notion Template)

A roadmap doesn’t need to be complicated to be useful. This Notion board uses the only three columns customers care about and keeps your team honest about what’s actually moving.

What’s inside

  • Three status columns — Planned, In progress, Shipped
  • A card per initiative with a short description, owner, and linked feature request
  • A vote field so priority is visible at a glance
  • A “last updated” property to keep the board from going stale

How to use it

  1. Duplicate the template into your workspace.
  2. Add a card for each thing you’ve committed to build, newest demand first.
  3. Move cards across columns as reality changes — and resist adding dates.
  4. Review it weekly; an out-of-date roadmap is worse than none.

The catch with static roadmaps

A Notion board can’t be voted on by your users, and it won’t notify anyone when a card moves to Shipped. You end up maintaining it by hand and announcing changes separately.

FeatureWish builds your roadmap automatically from feedback-post statuses, lets users vote on what matters, and announces shipped work in a built-in changelog. Start free →
